Belarus profits from stolen Ukrainian grain

This was reported by the Centre for Countering Disinformation (CCD) under the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.
It is noted that in 2025 alone, more than 2 million tonnes of grain crops were exported from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
"According to investigations by BELPOL, an association of former Belarusian law enforcement officials, companies linked to former Belarusian Interior Minister V. Naumov are actively exporting rapeseed and sunflower seeds from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Belarusian enterprises mix the stolen raw materials with local ones, legalising them under the ‘Made in Belarus’ brand," the statement said.
The CCD believes that such schemes are possible due to the absence of a direct ban on the import of agricultural products from Belarus in the sanctions.
