Consideration of administrative cases by the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine

Between May 2022 and July 2025, the High Anti-Corruption Court issued 70 decisions to fully or partially satisfy claims in cases involving the recovery of assets belonging to individuals or legal entities for the state. Among other things, the High Anti-Corruption Court recovered UAH 561,405,100, USD 236,225,136 and EUR 439,784 for the state.

Paragraph 1-1 of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Sanctions’ provides for the recovery of assets belonging to individuals and legal entities that support russian aggression for the benefit of the state.
