According to "European Pravda", this was stated by the French Minister of Finance, Roland Lescure, as reported by "Le Figaro".
The minister said that he and his counterparts from the US, Germany, the UK, Italy, Japan and Canada had confirmed their readiness to “continue putting pressure on russia” to prevent it from profiting from the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East.
“The desire to put pressure on russia is unanimous,” Lescure said at a press conference following a two-day meeting of ministers in Paris.
Lescure stated that G7 ministers had held “frank and difficult” talks to find long-term and short-term solutions to major global economic problems.
