The HACCU considered the case on the claim of the Ministry of Justice against K.G. Martyanova

On June 20, 2023, the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine issued a decision in case No. 991/4985/23 (the Ministry of Justice against Kateryna Martianova, on the forfeiture of assets under the para 1-1, part one, Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Sanctions"). The claim is upheld.

Martyanova K.G. has been a collaborator of the Russian Federation since 2014. Thus, from October 2014 to May 2019, she worked in the central executive committee of the so-called "Donetsk Republic" public movement, where she held the position of head of the organizational department and a number of other senior positions. In 2015, she became a deputy of the People's Council of the so-called 'Donetsk people's republic' and since June 2019 has been the deputy chairman of the public chamber of the so-called 'Donetsk people's republic'.

The list of confiscated property includes: a car, a land plot, four houses, several premises and an apartment, and shares in the authorized capital of 7 legal entities.
