The Hungarian diplomat noted that at tomorrow's meeting, the EU Foreign Affairs Council plans to adopt the 20th package of sanctions against russia.

‘Hungary will block it. Until Ukraine resumes oil transit to Hungary and Slovakia via the Druzhba pipeline, we will not allow decisions important to Kyiv to be made,’ the Hungarian foreign minister said.

Due to the russian attack on the western Ukrainian oil hub of Brody and damage to the Druzhba oil pipeline, the governments of Slovakia and Hungary have simultaneously decided to declare a state of emergency in the oil market in their countries. Both countries claim that Ukraine is deliberately not repairing the pipeline because it does not want to supply them with russian oil.
