Latvia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has blacklisted three russian citizens, including Lavrov's daughter, imposing an indefinite entry ban on them.

Latvia has expanded its list of persons banned from entering the country, adding three russian citizens. The decision was made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the leadership of Baiba Braže pursuant to clause 2 of Article 61 of the Immigration Law. The list includes, in particular, former russian minister of culture Mikhail Shvydkoi.

Restrictions were also applied to Anastasia Karneeva – daughter of a top manager of a russian state corporation, and Ekaterina Vinokurova – daughter of russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov. The entry ban for all three individuals has been imposed for an indefinite period.
