The Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit against S.V. Ilyushin Aviation Complex Public Joint Stock Company

On June 16, 2023, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to impose a sanction under paragraph 11 of part one of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Sanctions" against Public Joint Stock Company "S.V. Ilyushin Aviation Complex" with the participation of third parties not claiming independent claims, namely: Public Joint Stock Company "United Aircraft Corporation", State Corporation for Promotion of Development, Production and Export of High-Tech Industrial Products "Rostec", State Enterprise "ANTONOV".

PJSC "Ilyushin Aviation Complex" is one of the leading enterprises of the aviation industry of the Russian Federation, which manufactures, warranties and provides maintenance of civil and military aircraft, including IL-76 heavy military transport aircraft, which are used by the Russian Federation in the course of a full-scale invasion.
