The Ministry of Justice prepares to appeal against the HACC's dismissal of the claim to confiscate collaborator Volodymyr Saldo's assets, which he owns indirectly through his daughter Iryna.

"The court refused to confiscate the property that, according to the Ministry of Justice, Volodymyr Saldo owns indirectly through his daughter Iryna Saldo, namely 55.56% of the share capital of Bebko-Auto LLC (USREOU code: 38390892) and 40% of the share capital of KONKA LLC (USREOU code: 32480173).

'The Ministry of Justice is preparing an appeal against the decision', - the ministry said in a statement.
