The property in question is a 193.2 m² flat, situated on two levels of the sixth floor of a six-storey building in the historic centre of Kyiv, on Saksahans’koho Street.

The flat comprises three rooms, studies, a kitchen, two bathrooms, three balconies and utility rooms. Its overall condition is satisfactory.

Lebedev’s flat was forfeited to the state pursuant to a ruling by the High Anti-Corruption Court as part of the application of sanctions.
