Sanctions policy and asset recovery to state revenue during 2025

During 2025, 15 lawsuits were filed with the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) to seize assets of sanctioned persons, and the total number of such lawsuits reached 80.

20 decisions of the HACC and the Appellate Chamber of the HACC entered into force. The following were seized as state revenue:

- corporate rights of 42 companies;

- 74 real estate;

- 43 vehicles;

- cash in the amount of hundreds of millions of hryvnias, as well as other assets (industrial raw materials, movable property and property rights).

According to the State Property Fund of Ukraine, in 2025, proceeds from the sale of sanctioned assets to the fund for liquidation of the consequences of armed aggression amounted to UAH 2.5 billion.
