Switzerland has extended its sanctions against russia

This is stated in a press release from the Swiss government, as reported by Ukrinform.
According to the Decree on measures regarding the situation in Ukraine, ‘nine individuals and 45 organisations have been added to Annex 8’. In addition, details concerning 11 individuals and companies already subject to sanctions have been amended.
The changes came into force on Tuesday, 11 August, at 11.00 pm local time.
Among the individuals included on the sanctions list by Switzerland for the first time are representatives of the russian industrial and defence sectors.
In particular, the restrictions apply to Oleg Yevtushenko, executive director of Rostec; Alexei Rakhmanov, former head of the United Shipbuilding Corporation; and businessman Tahir Garayev.
Dozens of russian organisations have also been added to the sanctions list.
