The EU will no longer consider transferring frozen russian assets to Ukraine

‘This issue has been finally resolved,’ Wadeful said, ruling out the possibility of resuming discussions on the transfer of frozen russian funds to Ukraine.

According to the German Foreign Minister, the European Union has managed to find a ‘very good backup tool’ for support — a €90 billion loan to Ukraine. At the same time, he criticised Hungary's position, which is blocking this initiative.
