International Register of Damage has opened claim submissions for legal entities and the state

On April 29, 2026, the (RD4U) caused by Russia's aggression against Ukraine began accepting claims under the first categories for legal entities, state bodies, and local self-government bodies.
These include categories B and C, which cover damage from the destruction or impairment of critical and non-critical infrastructure, as well as the loss or destruction of assets. Category C is designated for businesses and state-owned enterprises, while Category B is for the state of Ukraine and territorial communities.
Claims are submitted through the Diia portal by authorized representatives of the respective institutions and organizations.
