This was reported by the Registry’s press service, according to “European Pravda.”

The Registry of Damages is opening Category A3.5 for the submission of claims regarding losses incurred by private entrepreneurs as a result of russian aggression.

This category is intended for individual entrepreneurs who suffered a loss of income from their business activities in Ukraine on February 24, 2022, or after that date, as a result of the russian federation’s internationally unlawful actions.

Applications may be submitted by individuals registered as sole proprietors who have lost income from their private businesses due to the russian federation’s aggression against Ukraine.

To submit an application in this category, individuals must provide evidence of their business activities, the events that caused the loss of these activities, as well as financial documents confirming the amount of lost profit. Applications can be submitted via the “Diya” web portal.

Applications regarding any assets that belonged to an individual and were destroyed, damaged, or lost as a result of the war must be submitted in the other relevant categories A. Applications on behalf of or for the benefit of legal entities are submitted in the other relevant categories B or C, which are expected to open shortly.

Claims that meet the established requirements will be entered into the Register and subsequently forwarded for consideration by the future Compensation Commission, which will determine the amount of compensation due.
