The US has lifted sanctions on certain individuals and companies linked to russia

The US Department of the Treasury has lifted sanctions against three companies acting in russia’s interests. Two russian nationals and one Turkish national have also been removed from the sanctions list. This was announced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
The individuals in question are Yevgeniya Tyurikova (also known by the surnames Dyatkova and Smirnova), Boris Vorontsov and the Turkish citizen Turken Berk. Yevgeniya Tyurikova previously headed a division of Sberbank. The US imposed sanctions against her at the end of February 2023.
Boris Vorontsov was sanctioned in February 2023. At the time, he was working for a russian state-owned corporation.
US restrictions have also been lifted from three organisations:
FUTURIS FZE (UAE) – specialises in services for the oil and gas sector;
BSB GROUP (Turkey) – manufacturing of lift cabins and spare parts;
Turken Dijital Matbaa Teknolojileri Bilgisayar Bilisim Kirtasiye Fotografcilik Sanayi Ve Dis Ticaret Limited Sirketi (Turkey) – engaged in commercial printing.
