A new decision on the confiscation of Giner's assets

The higher anti-corruption court seized shares of Russian oligarch Yevhen Giner's PIN Bank as state revenue.

On February 27, the panel of courts of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court satisfied the lawsuit filed by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine against the Russian citizen and imposed on the defendant the sanction provided for in clause 1-1 of the first part of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Sanctions".

By the court's decision, the assets of the defendant - 88.890583% of the shares of the Ukrainian bank - were collected from the state revenue
