This was announced by Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

‘From now on, loan claims can be included in the assets and sold together with them as a single package,’ she said. ‘If the first auction is unsuccessful, the state automatically launches a repeat auction with a lower price, followed by a Dutch auction with a gradual reduction in price.’

Svyrydenko noted that this will speed up the sale of sanctioned property and increase revenues.

"A list of sanctioned assets and a tentative schedule for their sale have been approved. The corporate rights of 26 entities will be put up for auction, including Investment Union Lybid LLC (Ocean Plaza shopping centre), Mykolaiv Alumina Plant LLC, Kalush Pipe Plant LLC, AMSTEL-SKI LLC (hotel in Bukovel), Demurinsky Mining and Processing Plant LLC, Motordetal-Konotop LLC, Zaporizhzhya Aluminium Plant JSC, and other assets," she said. ‘Auctions will begin in March. Assets will be put up for sale depending on the time needed to prepare the property for sale.’

All proceeds will go to the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression and will be used to restore infrastructure, the economy and support people, Svyrydenko said.

As reported, UAH 4.51 billion from the sale of nationalised (sanctioned) assets that previously worked for the economy of the aggressor state of russia or belonged to traitors and collaborators will be allocated to the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression in 2025.
