Volodymyr Zelenskyy has enacted the NSDC's decision on new sanctions against russia

This has been reported by the Office of the President.

The first sanctions list includes 70 russian citizens involved in the production of "Iskander-M" and "Zircon" ballistic missiles. Among them are employees of enterprises in the defence-industrial complex and the chemical industry who support missile production.

In particular, the sanctions target employees of the Votkinsk Plant, as well as the companies "Radar MMS", "Granit-Electron", "Aviatek", "Salyut", "Strela" and "Avangard", along with a number of chemical plants and research institutes.

The second sanctions list covers 28 individuals and 27 companies that are helping russia circumvent financial restrictions. Among them are cryptocurrency exchange operators, cryptocurrency exchange services, as well as their managers and owners.

Separate sanctions have been imposed on the managers and owners of companies linked to the A7 shadow banking network, which, according to the Office of the President, provides tools for circumventing sanctions.

The third sanctions list includes 10 individuals and 21 companies, as well as two seagoing vessels. According to the Office of the President, they are acting in russia’s interests in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Among them are collaborators and enterprises.
