russia has resumed diesel exports following an agreement with the US

Reuters reports this, citing data from shipping companies Kpler and LSEG.

According to shipping services, the tanker Leruo, having departed from the russian Baltic port of Primorsk on 16 October, set its destination as Manaus in Brazil. The tanker Dolunay, which left Primorsk with a cargo of diesel fuel on 14 October, was heading for Alanya in Turkey. Each of the two tankers is carrying 300,000 barrels of diesel fuel.

russian diesel fuel has also begun to arrive in Morocco. According to Kpler, between 11 and 20 October, shipments of russian diesel fuel totalled around 210,000 tonnes, or 1.56 million barrels.
