Collaborator Saldo's assets have been forfeited

The Appeals Chamber of the HACC upheld all the claims of the Ministry of Justice regarding the forfeiture of the assets of the collaborator Volodymyr Saldo.

Several land plots, a hotel building, non-residential buildings, 3 apartments, a car, and a flat were forfeited. The HACC also confiscated a quarry in Zhytomyr region (99.86% of Kashtan PrJSC) and a stake in a transportation company (30% of Delta Service PrJSC).

The Appeal Chamber also forfeited property registered in the name of the collaborator's daughter, Iryna Saldo. Namely: a share in a network of car dealerships and service stations in Kherson (55% of Bebko-Auto LLC) and a share in a Kherson company engaged in recreation and entertainment (40% of CONCO LLC).

The decision was made by judges Danylia Chornenka, Andriy Nikiforov and Mykola Glotov.
