Appeal Chamber of the HACC forfeited assets of collaborator Tsekov

Today, the Appeal Chamber of the HACC upheld the appeal of the Ministry of Justice and forfeited the assets of the Crimean traitor Serhiy Tsekov, which he had registered in his son's name.
The property in question is real estate in Crimea, including a non-residential building with an area of 648.4 m², a 150.2 m² educational building, a 63.8 m² residential building, and a 1998 KIA car.
On May 19, the HACC already confiscated part of Tsekov's Crimean assets - an apartment of 95.7 m², a garage of 21.7 m², 1/2 part of a residential house with outbuildings of 57.3 m² and a residential house with outbuildings of 58 m².
